Shipping & Returns
Highlands Tea Company uses Australia Post and reputable courier companies to deliver orders. Orders are fulfilled within 7 days of the date the order is processed (payment taken). It may take up to 2 working days for online payments to be processed. Orders within the Southern Highlands are usually delivered in 2-3 working days of payment confirmation. Deliveries to TAS, WA and NT may take longer if there are unexpected delivery delays. Online orders are despatched Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. Highlands Tea Company always attempts to deliver within the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order. Every care is taken to ensure accurate address details and safe delivery however we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
Highlands Tea Company reserves the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantees the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item. All care is taken to ensure that product images and descriptions, stock availability and pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect product information or pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Highlands Tea Company.
Highlands Tea Company does not accept responsibility for a gift /order once it has left our premises, however if a gift /order arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Highlands Tea Company will assess the situation for replacement based on a case by case basis. Notification of a product to be returned needs to occur within 14 days of receipt of the order.
